- Service provider: ERGOSTROM sp. z o.o., details in the Legal Notice.
- Services provided electronically: (a) making website content available; (b) the contact form enabling users to send enquiries. Both services are free of charge.
- Technical requirements: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and an active e-mail address (for the contact form).
- Conclusion and termination: the content service is provided for the duration of the visit; the contact form service ends upon sending the message. The user may stop using the services at any time.
- Prohibited content: users may not submit unlawful content, malware, spam or content infringing third-party rights.
- Risks: use of the Internet involves risks such as malware or interception of data; the user should use up-to-date security software. Do not send confidential documents through the contact form.
- Complaints: complaints about the services may be sent to biuro@ergostrom.com; we reply within 14 days.
- Personal data: processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Governing law: Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
- Amendments: we may amend these Terms for important reasons (change of law or services); the new version applies from its publication.
